Competition math Camp

6/24-6/28 or 8/26-8/30 (5 days/session)

Mon-Fri, 9am-3pm

Grade 5th-8th

Tuition: $600

This camp is focusing on building solid math foundations towards varies middle school math competitions such as AMC8, Math is Cool, and Mathcounts. The daily math drill will help students to improve problem solving ability and critical thinking skills.  The following topics will be covered.

  • Counting

Math Camp

7/8-7/12, 7/15-7/19, 7/29-8/2, 8/5-8/9

Mon-Fri, 9am-3pm

Grade 2nd-8th

Tuition: $600/week 

We provide our students with positive math experiences in this math camp setting. Each student, regardless of experience, can explore problems and concepts to the extent they desire.  Activities are designed to encourage exploration and self-paced progress. The week long camp covers variety topics. Here is some highlights.

Gifted Geometry Class

6/25-8/27 (18 sessions)

Tue & Thu  6:30-8:00pm

For grade 8th math or above

Tuition: $700

Geometry is a critical component of a mathematics education. This course is designed to emphasize the study of the properties and applications of common geometric figures. The challenge course requires students to focus on critical thinking when solving problems or evaluating arguments. The Art of Problem Solving will be the main teaching materials for this class. Main topics are:

  • Lines and Angles

  • Triangles

  • point of Concurrency

  • Quadrilaterals

JAVA Programming class

6/24-8/22 (18 sessions)

Mon & Wed, 3:30pm-5pm

Grade 5th-12th

Tuition: $700

This class covers Java programming language along with basic programming logic. A basic history of the development of programming languages and the Java language will be covered. Students will gain an in-depth knowledge of how computers execute programs. Main topics are:

The class provides students with the materials outlined in the BSD gifted program. The mathematical practice standards apply throughout the course. We changeling students to understand functions as mathematical relationships. The main topics will be

Trigonometry is most hardest topic in pre-calculus course. The skills and concepts of trigonometry are essential to success in calculus courses. Our course is designed for helping students master the topics and gain confidence in math. The main topics are

This class is for the students who want to learn competition style of math. The class covers fundamental components of math problem solving. We work on to fill the gaps from regular school math to competition math with extra skills and concepts. Our goal is preparing students readiness for national AMC 8/10/12 exams.
